Like us, our partners on the ground care about how we travel. With their support, every itinerary we design involves local communities, features boutique accommodation and uses expert local guides.

Where possible, the itinerary uses overland buses, shared transfers and small-group tours. These use less fuel per person than private transfers and help avoid overcrowding.

We choose small, independent hotels wherever possible, including Palo Santo Hotel in Buenos Aires and EcoCamp in Torres del Paine. At EcoCamp you'll stay in dome tents in the heart of the national park.

We avoid international chain hotels and choose independent, locally owned properties. EcoCamp, for example, sources produce locally for its kitchen, employs local staff and supports local artisans.
