Guests are encouraged to take guided walking tours (Riga, Kuldiga, Liepaja, Klaipeda, Kaunas, and Vilnius) that not only immerse travelers in local culture but also promote zero-emission exploration in urban settings. Kemeri National Park and the Curonian Spit both offer wooden boardwalks and scenic walking routes, increasing time spent using human-powered transport. A dedicated cycling route along Jurmala’s coastline further reduces reliance on motor vehicles. Breakfasts highlight local and seasonal foods at most accommodations, reducing food miles and supporting local farmers. Additionally, our team provides travelers with tips on minimizing travel-related emissions, including suggestions for vegan and vegetarian restaurant options and responsible use of hotel resources such as energy and water.
