Responsible tourism

As the pioneers of responsible tourism, we screen every trip so you can travel knowing your holiday will help support conservation and local people.

Environment
Our idea is to create a balance between travellers, locals, culture and nature.
On this trip, you have a great chance to see real Nepal with its pros and cons. During the visit to Chitwan National Park, which is a conservation area to elephants, rhinos, Bengal tigers, crocodiles, monkeys, birds and so on, we humbly ask you not to leave or throw any food, don't try to feed them or come close for a selfie. All the animals and birds are increasing their population because they don't get attached to humans and don't depend on them. Be quiet and respectful, especially don't throw trash on the ground because when forest's inhabitants are hungry they might eat it. There are many projects to support National Park and we will learn about it once we get there: either volunteering, donating, or sponsorships.

Clean water in the tap is precious here, please keep that in mind when taking shower or brushing our teeth.
Meanwhile, Nepal is rich on pure clean spring waters and you can easily purify water in your BPA-free bottle brought with you to avoid buying all buying water bottles.

We ask not to bring any one-time used travel kits like shampoo or toothbrush or bags. Also, don't take them from hotels as when you take them away you create a demand to produce more. Don't accept plastic bags when you're buying goods from locals.

It is always sunny in Nepal so you can bring your solar panels to charge your gadgets. Mostly all energy in Nepal generated from it as it is a more stable source and doesn't affect the environment.

We will visit plenty of cultural heritage on this trip and you can see how much was done since the tragical earthquake in 2015. Lots of monuments are still repairing thankfully to many local and foreign initiatives.

During this trip, we will use public and private buses as our transportation. Sightseeing walking and cycling tours are available bicycles

All our suppliers support eco-movements and our trend to be eco-friendly.

The Impacts of this Trip

All our guides, drivers and assistants are locals who we employ and train once in a year to give them a chance to grow professionally. We encourage our guides to learn new languages as well to have more opportunities to work. We provide them with good working conditions and everything they need to feel comfortable.

In these major cities, we will stay in hotels that are locally-owned, in addition we will eat in locally-owned restaurants. We will visit many handicraft shops which educate and employ women in Nepal. We will also have a chance to learn how to support them in their beginnings that's why we recommend you to buy souvenirs from these little shops.

People here are still conservative so we ask you to dress modestly, behave like locals in temples, take off shoes where a sign, don't take photos if it's not allowed.

Greet each other, have a small talk with locals, have a masala tea with them, learn a bit Nepali and teach your language. All these little things help to establish a connection with those, who even don't speak English. Take part in national celebrations and live like a local when in Nepal!
