1· We highly appreciate and respect the culture of our country and to keep it safe, we encourage individual approach to every natural and cultural heritage, highlighting the important role of Armenian heritage, following the handbooks of each cultural place·
2·To protect our nature and environment from harm we don’t offer usage of plastics, such as bottles, drums, boxes, cups and so on, because they are toxic to the environment.
3· We are willing to reduce air pollution by managing less-polluting vehicles, and keep tires properly inflated to make vehicles run more efficiently and burn less fuel.
4· We encourage alternative energy use over electricity: The sun energy reduces electricity use for warming water and
heating. Due to their location Georgia and Armenia receive significant heat from the sun and wherever possible we encourage our partners to use sun panels.
5. We always share all feedback of our guests with suppliers to improve the quality of services.

People

1· Empowering the locals of regions across our country is one of the core fundamentals for which we are seeking new ways to include all the regions: We collaborate with local guides and people and highly appreciate the hard work they are doing.
2. The places we visit in regions, employ local people, where we can explore the works of Armenian craft-artists and specialists. Besides admiring the works, tourists also get chance to buy local products, works and souvenirs presented there.
3. Located on the crossroads of Asia and Europe, we highly value and respect the diverse cultures, the differences of all nations, and human free rights. With the help of our diverse tours all over Armenia we aim to develop a polite, friendly and respectful community for everyone. Armenia is also well-known for the hospitality of the people.
