CARBON REDUCTIONThis safari has been designed to be accessible as well as low carbon. This safari does not include any light aircraft or domestic flights which emit high levels of carbon. Instead you are exploring Botswana by vehicle with expert guides.
The majority of accommodation on this safari is our own adapted mobile camp. Our camp is extremely low carbon, with no electricity or generators used regularly.
Our camp staff use local produce where possible and vegetarian and vegan food is always available.
We actively monitor and report on the carbon emissions for all of our trips and make a contribution to Carbon Tanzania to take responsiblity for all carbon generated.
ENVIRONMENT AND WILDLIFE
This trip visits Moremi Game Reserve and Chobe National Park, two protected wilderness areas of Botswana. Our visits financially contribute to the preservation of these areas and ensure that revenue from tourism places value on the land which supports conservation.
On the safari you will be guided by an expertly trained guide in wildlife and conservation.

LOCAL ECONOMYThis safari is operated by our local partners who are based in Botswana and employ Botswana citizens. They operate the camps, drive the vehicles, cook your food and guide you on safari. The economic value of this trip to citizens of Botswana is significant and there is very little leakage.
EMPLOYMENT, INCLUSIVITY AND DIVERSITY
This trip is designed and created for wheelchair users and guests with mobility impairments. Our aim is to make safaris as accessible as possible. We start all our enquiries with a conversation to ensure we fully understand the requirements of our guests.
This trip is LGBTQ+ friendly and we welcome guests from all over the world.
We donate 30% of our profits to projects and charities across Africa, this supports conservation and communities. Profits from this trip will also go towards a centre in Maun, Botswana. This project will support local people with disabilities in getting employment in the tourism industry of Botswana.
