Working with travel agents

Responsible Travel has worked with travel agents from across the world since we began operating and actively encourage agents to book our holidays.

We have a dedicated hub on the site specifically for agents where they can book a holiday and receive 10% commission. Our aim is to build a list of loyal agents that think of Responsible Travel as their go-to for brilliant holidays. Agents will be supported by our dedicated in-house team and further encouraged though our TA rewards programme.

To appear in this section operators agree to pay 15% commission in total, 10% to the agent and 5% to Responsible Travel.



If you'd like to discuss adding (some or all) product to our Travel Agent Hub, or if you have any questions, please get in touch with your partnership manager.


We appreciate 15% commission is too much to pay for many tour operators and do not mind whether you decide to appear in this section or not. If a travel agent is interested in booking one of your holidays and you are not in the section, we are happy to halve the commission that you pay us so that you can pay the travel agent some commission. Although the commission amount is small in many cases, the travel agent is booking a trip for a loyal customer and is still happy to proceed.

If you DO NOT want to work with agents at all please let us know and we can limit enquiries by stopping leads from our Travel Team.

Some commission is always due to us if we introduce a travel agent to you who books a holiday for one of their customers.

We have started an agent rewards programme and will be sending out quarterly special offers newsletter with the aim of growing the travel agent hub and the number of bookings we generate via agents.
