Our staff consists entirely of local people, and we continuously strive to employ more locals through our programs. We advocate for purchasing food and drinks from local sources, reinforcing our commitment to supporting community initiatives.

Additionally, at the beginning of every summer season, our team participates in beach and bay clean-up efforts to remove plastic waste that accumulates during the winter months due to waves and wind. Through these actions, we aim to protect our beautiful environment while fostering a strong sense of community support.
