During a hands-on Bolognese cooking class, you’ll prepare and taste traditional dishes adapted for all diets, experiencing the aromas, textures, and flavours of Emilia-Romagna cuisine.

Our trips are carefully planned to cater to various needs, including those with physical or sensory impairments. Assistance is available from the moment a client arrives at a destination until departure. On Tailored holidays, support is provided as much or as little as required depending on levels of sight and mobility. For Group trips, support is provided for every two clients, according to individual needs. Circumstances requiring additional support, including personal care or help during meal times, are assessed individually, and we do our utmost to accommodate all travellers.
