At Hotel Schillingshof, the buffet-style breakfasts feature a range of hot and cold options, including vegetarian and possibly some vegan choices, especially with salads, fruit, etc. However, fully vegan options may be more limited, so it’s advisable to request them in advance to ensure your dietary needs are catered to.
