CARBON REDUCTION

Carbon footprint reduction initiatives: We're implement energy-efficient lighting and solar panels reduce our energy consumption. Diesel Fired Hot water boiler changed to Electrical heat pump. Entire premises are operated with LED lightings. Energy efficient equipment’s such as , Dual compressor VFD integrated chiller system, VFD controlled Primary, Secondary and cooling tower pumps for chiller system.
All AHU’s , TFA and Exhaust are controlled by VFDs. All charcoal tandoor changed to LPG operated ones in kitchens. Retrofit Emission control device installed for our both 625 kVA DG;s to reduce carbon emission as per pollution control Board norms. Dual flush system and automatic sensor tap and automatic sensor system integrated urinal system using at public areas, guest rooms and BOH. Building management system is integrated to HVAC and pumps. EV charger 30 KW facility provided for EV cars charging.

We have man-made forest in 15000 square meters, Ayurveda medicinal garden, organic vegetable garden and the concept itself is tribal huts in a botanical garden with lots of local trees. We have a team of 7 in-house Naturalist to do conservation awareness and to interpret nature.

ENVIRONMENT AND WILDLIFE

We are Earth Check platinum certified Hotel for last 13 years. Having Waste management policy, Sustainability policy etc. Using OWC machine for food waste recycling into manure (onsite). Rainwater harvesting system installed with approximate 10000 KL yearly saving. We have inhouse drinking water bottling plant to reduce plastic water bottles usage. RECD installed for DG sets. STP treated water using for gardening. Eco friendly products using as Guest amenities, Paathya pen, washroom amenities, SPA products.

We have roof top gardens in our heritage building, using our onsite food waste converter to manure and same using for gardening. Have native landscaping etc. Our?houseboat's got some eco-friendly touches we have installed bird-friendly plants at the boarding point, we use biodegradable products to minimize water pollution. We maintain butterfly garden, sacred grove, bird's nest box, mangroves, Ayurveda medicinal garden, composting and organic vegetable garden.??
