Highlights of our Tuk Tuk holidays & tours
Self drive tuk tuk holidays
Yes you can drive your own tuk tuk on our holidays. You just need to be over 18 and have a driving licence. You’ll be driving in custom-built vehicles with more headroom and legroom for your driving comfort. There are plenty of stops along the route so you’re never driving for too long without a break, and the tuk tuks are automatic, so no tricky gear shifting or hill starts. You start your trip with some tuk tuk driver training in a safe environment (plus a little driving test) before venturing further afield. You’ll be travelling in convoy, with a guide to keep you on the right track.
Be escorted by an experienced driver
You don’t have to be in the driver’s seat to have a good time on a tuk tuk holiday. Our tuk tuks have a maximum capacity of three adults, so the two of you can travel together with own driver, leaving you free to wave at passing cars, enjoy the scenery and take in the views as you climb into the mountains. Be sure to get a playlist together – if you’re in the passenger seat, you’re the designated DJ, and there are Bluetooth speakers waiting to be used.
Family tuk tuk holidays
Our family tuk tuk holidays are unique adventures that your children will tell their friends about – though they might need you to show some photo evidence to prove you really did it. A fantastic way to whizz about, you’ll travel in a fun convoy with other families, meaning there’s plenty of laughter along the way as you stop at sights and meet up after your adventures to share stories every evening. You’ll park up to visit hill tribe villages, walk to waterfalls and enjoy the rainforests. The minimum age is just five on our family tuk tuk holidays – they are adventurous, yet still safe and a whole lot of fun.
