Excellent with a lot of variety. All memorable, but perhaps going to Uluru and spending a week in Sydney over Christmas and new Year (more)Jan Baker
This is a fabulous place with great food and service. Lizzie and Shayne are so knowledgeable and passionate, it is really inspiring. We were surrounded by wildlife. We had breakfast with kangaroos grazing right in front of the window...It was brilliant, I wish I could do it all again. (more)Diane Bushell
Memorable parts?
The tour of Kata Tjuta - Ben the guide's knowledge and experience was simply wonderful. I've never met someone who could talk with such knowledge about geology, widlife, country lore.
Tips?
Camping was a bit basic but a wonderful experience - cooking over an open fire under a clear unpolluted night sky was simply ethereal.
Local benefits?
Yes. (more)Farida Parkyn
Memorable parts?
Sleeping in a swag and the balloon
flight.
Tips?
Don't book a surfing trip on Bondi in the
winter months if you dont like the cold
Local benefits?
Benefited local people but not the rest
Overall rating?
Great but tiring (more)Andrew Smith
It was all interesting and well organised. Particularly enjoyed the West MacDonell
ranges. (more)Carole Scott

Also... the bush knowledge and sensitivity of our leader, Steve. He added immeasurably to our appreciation, and therefore our pleasure.
Tips?
Probably more important for Europeans than Canadians or Americans (who live in big-scale countries): realize emotionally, not just intellectually, that once... (more)Penny Williams
