Hard to pick out high points of this holiday because there were no low points. Even the brief and brutal thunderstorms on two occasions did not dampen the spirits (and only dampened cycling kit for a short while). Seeing orang-utans in the wild at Kinabatangan, and in the semi-wild at Sepilok, and seeing a herd of elephants cross the river at Kinabatangan seeing Deer Cave and Clearwater Cave at Mulu.
Tips?
I don't really think the beach resort at the end was necessary to unwind. Don't worry about the clothes you bring.

Its hard to choose between the wonderful, insightful, top notch Iyengar yoga sessions and the beach-fun surf lessons!
Tips?
I think most people know exactly what they need when looking for a retreat-style holiday but for this one in particular, just be aware you'll be sharing living
spaces and sticking to a veggie (delicious) diet. I was lucky to meet great people and had an amazingly sweet roommate.

I mainly went for a short crash course in Spanish and I was not disappointed. The school caters for all levels and is extremely expert. I joined a lovely small group only one of whom was British although everyone spoke perfect English. I left wanting more.
Tips?
