Being able to walk to a great family beach (Arrieta) with spanish holidaymakers mainly. Our teenagers felt free to go swimming, body boarding & surfing. After a day of swimming or discovering the island it felt good to come back to the Eco Cabin with its pergola and small garden with fruit trees (fig, orange, mango, apple). (more)Sophie Nelson
It is a wonderful place for a family holiday with small children and a great place to recharge your batteries. (more)Alison Brookes Day
It's a wonderful place to relax and get away from it all. Lots of things for kids to do and a lovely "home away from home" setting.
(more)Catherine Weston
Very good. given the time of year and consequent weather, we had a relaxing time, and will look forward to having the chance to go again later in the
spring/summer (more)Mary Morris
Truly relaxing, very peaceful - we haven't slept so well in a
very long time - great to slow down and soak up the beautiful countryside. Ian
made us feel very welcome and the homemade cake was delicious. (more)Sue Cross-Bourton
We had a great time - relaxing, some beautiful experiences (beaches, hills, islands and all the above animals). We were in bed every night by 9.30pm - tired but blissfully comfortable after a day spent exploring. (more)Jayne Obeng
Perfect!....The best thing about the holiday was having no internet connection & very little mobile coverage. It made it a total break away & allowed us to appreciate everything about the location of cottage & the amazing surrounding area. It was a complete break away which is what a holiday should be. (more)Kirstin Robertson
There is a lot to do on the island but just relaxing and doing nothing was also lovely as the accommodation was very comfortable. (more)Penelope Robinson
Excellent, one of our best yet. (more)Lisa Williams

Relaxing. Interesting. Invigorating. (more)Oosha rao
We loved just sitting on the deck watching the lake. So tranquil! The kids
loved fishing from the raft and exploring. The cabin was so beautifully
designed and had lots of games and nice touches like art materials and spices for cooking.
(more)Sarah Weiner
Everything was exactly as we expected and wished. We really liked that we could be on our own little secret spot close to nature.

We have lots of lovely memories so it is difficult to single any one thing out. But as we have to choose we would say the beautiful views gardens pool and the charming cottages which provide a wonderful environment in which to relax and also the great welcome and inobtrusive support of the family who built, own and run the estate. (more)Katie Wheatley
Our stay was a unique & happy experience, unlike any previous holiday. While it can be a challenge to get there, the effort is repaid abundantly. Its an eco-chic vacation in a cottage where everything can be taken care of, according to ones wishes. One returns refreshed in mind & body.
(more)Bryan Parker
Birds, bats, bees, lizards, pine martens, countless types of flowers and olive, eucalyptus and cypress trees blend in with the traditional style houses. We loved the walks around the forest... I could have spent the entire 10 days happily without leaving the estate at all.

Memorable parts?
Swimming in the sea right outside our apartment, and waking up to the amazing view every morning. The roof terrace was lovely and it was so nice to chill out
in the shade of the daybed even when it was hot. We also loved the Timanfaya guided volcano walk which we booked through our accommodation.
Tips?
Lanzarote is windy! It is also very dry and rocky, so pack sensible shoes and a hat which won't blow away. Take goggles to see the fish when swimming in the
sea.... (more)Gemma Wilkins
